What is a crew seat, and why are they included?
A crew seat is the phone app your fabricators and installers use: the day's jobs, on-my-way and done, jobsite photos and files, and the customer's sign-off at the end of the install. No quoting, no customer list, no dollars on screen. Every office seat includes 2 crew seats; extra crew are $5 a head per month.
Is the first month really free?
Yes. You add a card at signup so the shop is live and nothing has to be re-entered later, but nothing is charged for the first month. Cancel before renewal and you never pay.
What happens when I add or drop a seat mid-month?
Add a seat the day you hire and it's prorated from that day. Drop one and it stays active through the period you've already paid for.
Is there an annual price?
Yes — $1,000 per office seat per year paid up front, which is 2 months free versus monthly. Extra crew seats are $50 a year on the same terms.
Are there setup, migration, or support fees?
No. There's no setup fee and no contract, and migration is concierge and included — we move your customers, price book, and quote history in with you and check the result against real quotes before go-live.
Is there a cheaper plan, or a bigger one?
Neither — there's one plan. Every feature is in the $100 seat, including everything we ship next. Nothing is held back for a higher tier and there are no per-feature add-ons. The features page shows what's in it, screen by screen.
